Job Summary

Manage customer accounts and develop new sales opportunities while ensuring effective merchandising and competitive market monitoring to drive sales growth and brand presence in retail outlets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service assigned customer accounts to maintain satisfaction and retention
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities to expand market reach
• Build and maintain professional relationships with retail buyers and store personnel to support sales objectives
• Conduct merchandising activities at retail outlets, including NTUC stores, to enhance product visibility
• Ensure proper product display, stock replenishment, and inventory rotation to optimize sales and reduce waste
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
• Assist with promotional and sales activities to support marketing campaigns and increase product uptake
