Sales Merchandiser

Job Title: Sales Merchandiser (FMCG)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to join our growing team at Ouji (Singapore) Pte Ltd. This role is responsible for ensuring excellent product visibility, optimal stock levels, and effective in-store execution across assigned retail outlets. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and operations teams to drive sell-out performance and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets to ensure shelves are well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised according to company guidelines

• Execute in-store merchandising, planograms, promotions, and point-of-sale displays

• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and replenishment needs to prevent out-of-stock situations

• Build and maintain good relationships with store personnel and supervisors

• Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions

• Support sales activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns

• Coordinate with internal teams on stock issues, display setups, and operational matters

• Submit timely reports, photos, and updates on merchandising activities

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of merchandising or FMCG retail experience preferred

• Fresh candidates with strong interest in FMCG merchandising are welcome to apply

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and be comfortable with field-based work.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Working Schedule:

• Working days: Wednesday to Monday
• Rest day: Tuesday
