Key Responsibilities
Manage and service assigned supermarket outlets within a major retail chain
Ensure shelves are consistently well-stocked with the company's rice products
Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize out-of-stock situations
Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet managers and area managers
Proactively engage stakeholders to secure additional shelf space, displays, and promotional opportunities
Execute in-store merchandising standards, including product placement, planogram compliance, and display quality
Conduct regular store visits to check product visibility, pricing accuracy, and competitor activities
Support and implement promotional campaigns and in-store activations
Provide timely feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor movements
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, and store conditions
Requirements
Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent diploma in business or related field preferred
1-2 years of experience in FMCG merchandising or sales
Familiarity with supermarket operations in Singapore is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
Comfortable with traveling across multiple store locations
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
