Job Description

Company Description Insight Genesis – IGAi is an AI-driven company that uses advanced predictive algorithms to understand human behavior and generate personalized, actionable insights. The platform addresses fragmented access to guidance in critical life areas such as finance, career, education, and health, with a particular focus on emerging and unbanked markets. By connecting data, behavior, and predictive AI, Insight Genesis creates an integrated ecosystem rather than siloed, generic solutions. The company unifies four key verticals—financial services, human resources, education, and health and wellness—under one platform to help individuals make informed decisions. Candidates joining Insight Genesis will contribute to building accessible, data-informed solutions that can positively impact people's life paths.

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Marketing Supervisor at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Sales Marketing Supervisor will oversee the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns across key verticals, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing market entry and growth strategies, supervising lead generation activities, and coordinating sales funnels and outreach initiatives. The role involves conducting and reviewing market research, analyzing performance metrics, and refining sales and marketing tactics based on data-driven insights. The Sales Marketing Supervisor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach and support sales and marketing staff, manage budgets and timelines, and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
