Who We're Looking For

Someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, marketing, and live activations. You don't need to be a decade-deep veteran - but you do need to be hungry, adaptable, and genuinely excited about what genetics can do for human wellness.

✅ Sales DNA: 2-4 years of B2B or B2C sales experience. You know how to prospect, pitch, and close and you don't wait to be handed leads.

✅ Marketing Chops: 2-3 years of marketing experience. You've run email campaigns, created content, and used data to improve what you're putting out.

✅ Events Experience: You've supported or helped manage events - whether that's logistics, on-ground coordination, or post-event follow-through.

✅ Relationship Builder: Your interpersonal skills make you the kind of person clients want to keep talking to.

✅ Passionate About Impact: You want your work to mean something - changing consumer behaviour and improving lives is what gets you going, not just hitting a KPI.

Qualifications
- Minimum education of diploma

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and ensure excellent client relations

- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including the ability to meet or exceed targets and develop sales strategies

- Experience in Training and delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences

- Ability to understand and align with wellness, health, and technology market trends

- Proficiency in AI, digital tools and platforms for sales and marketing

- Experience in wellness industries is a strong advantage
