Sales & Marketing Operations Assistant Manager

• Permanent position, Salary up to $5,500 with bonuses
• Experience in sales operations in the automotive industry is a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to boost sales, market share, and brand visibility.
• Ensure timely submission of marketing expenses and compliance with procurement processes.
• Standardize workflows to streamline sales and marketing operations.
• Track sales performance, maintain showroom and test-drive vehicle conditions, and support daily sales activities.
• Assist in CRM operations, including enrolling vehicle owners in partnership programs.
• Prepare sales reports, update order details in Salesforce, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
• Track marketing expenditures, process financial claims, and oversee budget compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, within the automotive industry.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in preparing data reporting.
