Handle student and parent enquiries through various channels including walk-ins, phone calls and online platforms
Promote the school's courses and education programmes to prospective students and parents
Provide accurate and timely information on course details, fees and enrolment procedures
Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospective students and parents
Assist with student enrolment and administrative processes
Support marketing activities such as events, open houses and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth enrolment and onboarding
Maintain proper records of enquiries, leads and enrolments in accordance with company procedures
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma or equivalent
Experience in sales, marketing, education consultancy or customer service is an advantage
Good communication skills in English (Chinese language proficiency is an advantage)
Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
Good organisational and time management skills
Able to work well in a team-based environment
Experience in the education industry
Familiarity with student recruitment or enrolment processes
Basic knowledge of marketing platforms or CRM systems
