Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth and brand awareness for Insight Genesis – IGAi across its core verticals: financial services, human resources, education, and health and wellness. This role includes developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital channels, and identifying and qualifying leads in target markets. The Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with product, data, and customer success teams to refine value propositions, create compelling sales enablement materials, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, optimizing demand generation efforts, conducting market and competitor analysis, and representing the company in virtual events, webinars, and client presentations. The role also involves gathering feedback from clients and prospects to inform product positioning and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing deals in B2B or B2B2C environments.
  • Marketing expertise in digital campaigns, content marketing, social media, and email marketing, with the ability to align initiatives to revenue goals.
  • Experience in market and customer research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making using key performance metrics and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, as well as basic familiarity with sales enablement tools and online collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear value propositions and deliver persuasive presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional, distributed teams.
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-driven products and at least one of the company's core verticals (fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health and wellness) is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing roles.
