Our client, a well-established FMCG brand, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their Specialty Retail Omnichannel business in Singapore. This is a commercial leadership role with real scope — you'd own the channel strategy across physical and online retail, manage a sales team, and have direct visibility with senior stakeholders across the business.
The brand has strong equity in the specialty retail space and genuine appetite to grow. They're looking for someone who can sharpen execution, deepen key account relationships, and bring structure to how the team goes to market.
What you'll be doing
You'll set the sales and marketing direction for the specialty retail channel pricing, promotions, product launches, portfolio management, and events. You'll lead joint business planning with key retail partners, manage the channel budget, and track team performance against clear KPIs. There's also a meaningful cross-functional dimension — you'll work closely with Brand, Omnichannel, and regional teams on a regular basis.
Leading the field sales team is a core part of the job. That means coaching, setting standards, and making sure the team is performing in the right accounts, in the right way.
