Job Description
Actively promote and sell company's all products/services to new customers (BCO /Direct Shippers) through outdoor sales visits.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications as per requirements.
Proven experience in outdoor sales, business development, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good presentation and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude, energetic, and Team oriented/Team Player.
Possess a valid driving license will be added advantage/Merit.
Must possess own vehicle
