Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads, and build a robust pipeline of prospective B2B clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored product solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regional market dynamics (including Southeast Asia) to strategically position our products and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, supply chain, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any client-related issues.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using internal systems (e.g.,SAP). Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements &Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within manufacturing, chemical distribution, or industrial sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client requirements.
