Job Description:
We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate our growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and marketing our tower crane inventory to main construction contractors and developers.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new sales opportunities for tower cranes in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with main contractors, project managers, and procurement teams.
Marketing & Lead Generation: Execute marketing strategies to promote our tower crane inventory, technical capabilities, and solutions to target industries.
Tender & Proposal Preparation: Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions according to client specifications.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track upcoming construction project pipelines, and analyze competitor activities to find growth areas.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, or tower cranes is highly advantageous.
Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in written and spoken Korean is a strong advantage to lease with Korean-speaking partners and clients, but not mandatory.
Core Skills: . Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable learning and presenting technical specifications for tower cranes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
