Job Summary
You will lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth by developing new client relationships, executing targeted campaigns, and achieving sales targets within the fitness industry.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques to maximize sales conversion
- Analyze competitor products, industry trends, and consumer behavior to refine sales and marketing strategies for competitive advantage
- Track and report sales data and campaign performance to management, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Create marketing collateral, brochures, and content that support sales efforts and enhance brand positioning
- Lead and coordinate sales team activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful execution of sales strategies
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and trends, leveraging Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) to support reporting and presentations
- Demonstrate a results-driven, organized, and proactive approach while managing multiple priorities under pressure
