We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing marketing initiatives for our logistics and manpower services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional events
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- At least 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience (logistics/manpower/event industries preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media marketing tools
