Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Duties:

• Sales

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.

- Generate sales leads and follow up on customer enquiries.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients or business partners.

- Promote company products and services to increase market awareness and business growth.

- Support sales activities to achieve company targets.

• Marketing

- Manage and update the company website.

- Create and post content on TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

- Create basic marketing materials, photos, and videos.

- Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in MS Office, marketing tools & SAP.

• Detail-oriented and highly organised.

• Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Singaporean only.
