Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role As part of our growth, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to expand our client base by promoting our Educational Talks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage new business opportunities across SME, corporate, and government sectors to expand market reach
• Share Educational Talks with companies and coordinate arrangements for employee sessions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure to secure contracts
• Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives such as digital outreach, networking events, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth, branding, and market expansion

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated through client interactions and deal closures
• Self-motivated, organised, and resourceful with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced SME environment
• No prior experience required training will be provided in sales, account management, or B2B marketing
