Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management:
Manage and expand the customer base within the semiconductor and electronic components market, including OEMs, EMS providers, and independent distributors. - Portfolio Management:
Oversee a diverse product portfolio of semiconductor and electronic components, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends. - Channel & Partner Relations:
Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with regional agents, global trading partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure smooth supply chain operations. - Marketing & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, procurement, and R&D teams to understand technical requirements, propose tailored component solutions, and support new product introductions. - Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in the electronic components or semiconductor industry.
- Strong background in liaising with agents, distributors, and trading partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in portfolio and channel management across regional and international markets.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
