Job Summary
Drive enrollment growth for full-time and part-time academic programs by engaging prospective students and parents through strategic promotion and exceptional service. Manage enrollment administration and create compelling social media content to enhance the institution's visibility and student engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive course enrollment for full-time and part-time academic programs
- Promote the institution's offerings to prospective students and parents.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process and address inquiries promptly.
- Manage administrative tasks related to student enrollment, including visa application processing and documentation verification.
- Work towards achieving individual and team enrollment KPI.
- Content creation on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), featuring school life, student experiences, and behind-the-scenes content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and storytelling
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
Other information:
Salary Structure: Basic pay + Commission + KPI bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
