Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth.

1. Prospecting and generating new leads to expand the customer base
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
3. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any queries or concerns
4. Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue
5. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
6. Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities and marketing initiatives
7. Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to the management team on existing market trends

Requirements
1. At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, in FMCG industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
5. A team player with a positive and driven attitude
