Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Sales & Management
- Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce platforms, including website, Shopee store
- Upload and update product listings, pricing, promotions, banners, and inventory information
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve online conversion and customer engagement
- Coordinate online campaigns, flash deals, and promotional activities
- Ensure all product information and visuals are accurate and up to date
B2B Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B Sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, retailers and F&B businesses
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, support order processing, fulfilment and timely payment
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Monitor stock availability and advise customers on alternatives
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging marketing content including photos, captions, promotional posts, and short-form video reels
- Plan and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns
- Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand awareness activities
- Monitor social media performance, conversion and audience engagement
Customer Service & Communication
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries across social media, Shopee, WhatsApp, email, and website channels
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and order-related issues professionally
- Provide product recommendations and support customers with purchasing enquiries
Administrative & Marketing Support
- Assist with sales reporting and campaign performance tracking
- Support general marketing and operational activities when required
- Coordinate with internal teams on stock availability, promotions, and fulfilment matters
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, marketing, or related roles preferred
- Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre, e-commerce platforms (Wordpress/Shopify), and social media management
- Basic photography and video editing skills for content creation and reels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic office applications (Excel, email, CRM/ERP systems)
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is an advantage
- Experience in FMCG, food, or retail industry is a plus
