Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to manage and promote our diverse range of Uniform, Apparel, and Corporate Gift products. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Lead sales and marketing initiatives for Uniform, Apparel, and Corporate Gift products, ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, suppliers, and factories. Engage in regular communication, including phone conferences and scheduled appointments, while proactively reaching out through cold calling.
  • Promote Services: Effectively promote our service offerings and product lines to both existing and potential customers, managing inquiries and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding monthly sales objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present weekly reports on sales performance, business opportunities, and relevant market insights.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities and product offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: A Diploma or Degree in a relevant field, with prior experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the Apparel industry, preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
