SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings and follow-ups for China tours, luxury train journeys and cruises.
• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets and actively generate new sales opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Assist with creating promotional materials, posters, short videos and travel-related content.
• Manage and update travel products on the company website, OTA and e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitors.
• Coordinate with suppliers, overseas partners and internal teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
• Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing or the travel industry is preferred.
• Passionate about travel, especially China travel products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook and Instagram.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or basic graphic/video editing is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong sales mindset and willingness to actively develop new customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
