Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develops, implements, and monitors sales plans to meet or exceed company quotas.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plans and executes online and offline marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Identifies new business opportunities, prospective clients, and networking opportunities.
  • Market Research: Analyzes competitors products, market trends, and customer feedback to improve product positioning.
  • Client Management: Maintains relationships with existing clients, answering queries, and resolving complaints.
  • Event Coordination: Organizes promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluates campaign performance and sales data, reporting ROI to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma and above
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (min 3 years).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating marketing materials and engaging clients.
  • Digital Skills: Proficiency in social media management, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and interpret sales data.
  • Creativity & Project Management: Ability to develop innovative marketing materials and manage projects under pressure
