Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence and drive revenue. This role requires someone who delivers excellent service, understands customer needs, and can execute strategic marketing initiatives to elevate the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive membership and package sales through effective consultation and relationship-building
Manage the full sales pipeline: lead generation, follow-up, closing, and after-sales support
Craft and execute marketing campaigns aligned with the company's brand direction
Work closely with management on promotional strategies, events, and partnerships
Maintain a consistent online presence across social media and digital channels
Analyze sales data and campaign performance for continuous improvement
Ensure high service standards in all client interactions, online and onsite
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or marketing roles (fitness/wellness industry preferred)
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and basic design tools
Results-driven, organised, and able to work under minimal supervision
