SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive (Construction Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and grow company revenue.

• Develop new business and expand the customer base.

• Identify marketing opportunities with potential customers.

• Participate in site showgrounds and assist with tendering and procurement processes.

• Prepare and monitor sales volumes and revenue regularly.

• Follow up on sales enquiries via email.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings.

• Preferably with prior experience in a similar role within an architectural firm and/or the construction industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong sense of achievement and motivation to excel in sales.

• Well-organized, meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
