Sales & Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
2) Plan and implement in-store promotions, point-of-sale displays, and merchandising activities.
3) Collaborate with retailers and distributors to ensure optimal product placement and store execution.
4) Plan and organise events, trade shows, and roadshows to showcase products strengthen brand presence.
5) Develop event concepts, oversee logistics, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
6) Monitor event ROI and track key performance indicators (KPI) for continuous improvement.
7) Create engaging content for both digital and traditional, marketing channels.
8) Identify and establish partnerships with potential brand collaborators.
9) Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
10) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve overall company goals.
11) Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
1) Diploma in Marketing or related disciplines
2) Minimum 2-3 years of Marketing Experience.
3) Those with more than 3 years of consumer electronics experiences will be considered for Assistant Manager position
4) Good knowledge on Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
5) experiences in kids consumer electronics is a plus
