Maintain customer records and sales pipeline.
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, tele-sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
Experience in IT or technology sales is an advantage
Friendly, approachable and confident in engaging with customers.
Strong sense of customer needs, emotional intelligence and service mindset.
Proactive and motivated to find new clients.
Organised and able to follow up consistently.
Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage (but not required).
