Job Description
SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE IN ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS
- Organising sales visits with developers, main contractors, architects and consultants
- Develop fluency in the specifications of the company's architectural-related products
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Able to understand customer's business and critical processes, and devise business solutions or services that will help customers to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Participation in product presentation to clients
- Establish and manage clientele base, key accounts and maintain good working relationships with customers
- Manage any related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management of the company
- Manage and co-ordinate projects for the company
- Responding timely to clients enquiries
- negotiating contracts and packages
- aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
Promotional prospects are excellent - progression can be into senior sales roles or into related employment areas such as marketing or management.
Staff with specialist knowledge are employed in Building Construction Industries such as Eco Green products, Architectural and construction related products.
Qualifications and training required
There are routes into sales for both university graduates and non graduates.
Any diploma or degree subject is acceptable, although relevant qualifications & experience are preferred in Sales & Marketing.

- Prior experience in architectural building products sales is highly preferred
- Experience in architectural products will be an added advantage
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Possess at least a Diploma certification or higher
- Possess a valid Class-3 motor-license and own vehicle will have be an advantage
- At least 2 years related experience (Sales and Marketing) in a similar capacity
A full driving license is often essential for jobs. Being able to speak more than one language fluently is also a useful skill.
