About the Role
Alaris Marketing Group is seeking a driven and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to support our business growth through customer acquisition and campaign execution. This role involves a combination of face-to-face marketing, sales engagement, and outreach campaigns, where you will represent our partners and drive awareness and enrolment for education programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales and marketing campaigns through events, roadshows, and on-ground outreach
Engage prospective customers and present products/services in a clear and professional manner
Drive customer acquisition by promoting relevant programmes and assisting with registrations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance engagement and retention
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Provide market feedback and insights to improve campaign performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Requirements
Diploma/Nitec or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and results-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
