SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a thorough understanding of company products, pricing, and market strategy to independently negotiate with clients, complete consultations, prepare quotations, and secure sales orders
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and sales presentations to close service agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as part of overall team performance goals
• Provide professional after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date with market pricing and submit regular market analysis, sales forecasts, and work reports to the company

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience

• Strong in sales planning and target achievement

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong understanding of the sales process, market trends, and competitive landscape

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin

• PC literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
