JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
This job position is daily reporting to the Indoor sales manager on the performance and daily sales output of the assigned sales outlet. This position also holds an responsibility of customer handling to cater their needs.
To be a responsible indoor sales Supervisor,
. To assist on the outlet performance and do performance report to Indoor Sales Manager.
. To monitor outlet staff performance and guide them with the sales support.
. Briefing of new products & promotions to the sales staff.
. Perform demonstrations of products to own sales staff.
. Records sales and performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count.
. Assist indoor sales manager to finalize the daily sales report and payments.
