Job Summary
You will support day-to-day sales coordination, customer communication, and marketing activities for a growing dog food brand. You will work closely with the founder and team, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, retail partnerships, and brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for retail and professional partners such as pet shops, groomers, trainers, and daycare centres to expand brand presence
- Process customer orders accurately and follow up to ensure timely delivery and account coordination
- Maintain and update sales trackers, customer records, and generate simple reports to support sales analysis
- Create and schedule social media posts, promotions, and product launch content to engage target audiences
- Update website content including product listings and FAQs to ensure accurate and current information
- Assist in planning and executing events, pop-ups, and retail activations to increase brand visibility
- Respond promptly and clearly to basic customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp to maintain positive customer relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in the pet industry and dog nutrition
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable communicating with customers and partners
Salary: - SGD 2,500 - 3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
- Location: Jurong/ Clementi
- Working Hours: 5 day week with 1 Saturday (0.5 days monthly)
