Core responsibilities
- Perform beauty treatments: This includes facials, body treatments, hair removal (waxing, threading, electrolysis), hair styling and coloring, and applying makeup.
- Provide nail services: Offer manicures and pedicures, nail art, and color recommendations.
- Client consultations: Assess client needs, provide expert advice on skin and hair care, and recommend suitable products and treatments.
- Sell products: Promote and sell beauty products to clients.
- Handle appointments: Schedule appointments over the phone, greet walk-ins, and manage client records.
- Maintain cleanliness: Keep the workstation and all tools clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels of products and supplies, and reorder as needed.
