Job Description

Our client is a corporate services provider supporting businesses with overseas expansion, company incorporation, bank account opening, accounting, tax, audit, trademark registration, ODI filing, and related advisory services across multiple jurisdictions.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business growth by engaging companies, business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors who require corporate services and cross-border business setup solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with SMEs, entrepreneurs, investors, and companies expanding overseas.
  • Promote corporate services including company incorporation, bank account opening, accounting, tax, audit, trademark registration, ODI filing, and related advisory solutions.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable service solutions based on their business structure, market expansion plans and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing and handover to the service delivery team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, business associations and other commercial partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates, client records and sales forecasts.
  • Keep updated on market trends relating to corporate services, overseas incorporation, business expansion and cross-border advisory.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance,Accounting, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in corporate services, professional services, accounting, consulting, banking, legal services, immigration advisory, or otherB2B service sectors.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to engage business owners, senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially driven, self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
  • Able to explain business setup and corporate service solutions clearly to clients.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal stakeholders on business incorporation, corporate services and cross-border advisory matters.
  • Existing network with SMEs, entrepreneurs, accounting firms, law firms, banks, chambers of commerce or business associations will be an advantage.
