Job Description

JOB DECRIPTIONS:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, identify and evaluate business opportunities and foster strong customer relationships
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, site visits, and industry contacts
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Suggest pricing strategies based on market conditions
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship and communication between major key clients and company
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors operations.
  • Develop client acquisition strategies. Strengthen partnerships with architects, vendors & developers
  • Improve coordination between project team.
  • Ensure timely and quality project delivery
  • Review contracts and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory rules and standards
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/interior/real estate consulting
  • Experience in B2B sales and knowledge of BOQ, contracts, and basic construction terminology
  • Familiarity with CRM software and experience with project management tools
  • Knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting and proven track record of closing high-value construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and timelines
  • Experience in handling corporate/B2B clients and government tenders
  • Ability to read and understand basic drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
  • Experience in preparing commercial quotations and cost proposals
  • Strong negotiation skills for contract terms and pricing
  • Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline and forecasting reports
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management (planning to handover)
  • Ability to analyze P&L statements, balance sheets, and project profitability reports
  • Experience in cost estimation, BOQ analysis, and vendor evaluation
  • Knowledge of contract management and tender documentation
  • Preferably posses own transport. Required to travel from time to time
  • Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility to work late evenings
  • Able to work longer hours. Must work on weekends/PH. Strictly off on week days
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills for management meetings
  • Ability to work independently and drive measurable results
