Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales initiatives, focusing on selling premium watches to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and developing sales channels across corporate gifting, retail, and partnership markets.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target SME clients for bulk and corporate purchases.
  • Identify, prospect, and close deals with businesses seeking watches for employee rewards, client gifting, or resale opportunities.
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with a focus on sustainable growth.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract discussions with SME clients and distributors.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including HR heads, procurement officers, and business owners.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop account management plans for major clients to maximize lifetime value.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and manage partnerships with corporate gifting agencies, event organizers, and retail partners.
  • Explore opportunities for co-branded campaigns and distribution collaborations.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to represent the brand and develop business leads.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence on customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports, including insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the luxury goods, accessories, or consumer products sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience selling corporate gifts, promotional products, or branded merchandise.
  • Understanding of SME purchasing behavior and corporate procurement processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a small sales team.
