Job Description
TT Innovation and Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth in system integration solutions. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering end-to-end technical and commercial solutions to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in system integration projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and handover
- Work closely with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in tender submissions, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant sales experience in system integration or technical solutions
- Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of integrated technical solutions and project-based sales
- Experience in tender preparation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
