TT Innovation and Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development and revenue growth in system integration solutions. The role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering end-to-end technical and commercial solutions to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in system integration projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and handover
  • Work closely with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in tender submissions, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and reports to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant sales experience in system integration or technical solutions
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of integrated technical solutions and project-based sales
  • Experience in tender preparation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
