Job Description

The LPG Sales Manager is responsible for driving LPG sales growth for TSH Gas Supply Pte Ltd by expanding the customer base across residential, commercial and industrial segments. The role manages key customer accounts, develops distributor and dealer networks, and ensures effective coordination with operations to deliver reliable and safe LPG supply.

The role also supports the company's commercial strategy through market development, contract management and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow LPG sales volume and revenue.

  • Manage relationships with key customers, distributors and dealers to build long-term partnerships.

  • Conduct regular customer engagement to understand business needs and ensure service satisfaction.

  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely LPG delivery and supply reliability.

  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure contract compliance.

  • Support marketing initiatives to increase LPG adoption and brand visibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering, Energy Management or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development. (Industry background in LPG, energy, industrial, or utilities is an advantage)

  • Experience working with distributors, dealers or industrial/commercial customers is preferred.

  • Possession of a Class 3 driving license and own vehicle is preferred.
