Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Enterprise Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in B2B IT solutions sales to drive growth in our enterprise client portfolio. You will lead complex sales cycles, engage senior stakeholders, and position IT solutions that address critical business challenges, preparing to advance into a senior enterprise sales role.
Responsibilities
- Own and consistently achieve sales targets for IT solutions including software development, SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market presence and revenue growth
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles from lead generation through contract closure to maximize deal success
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to foster client loyalty
- Act as a trusted advisor by analyzing client business challenges and proposing tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable value
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms in collaboration with internal teams
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, delivery, and marketing teams to create compelling, winning proposals
- Provide actionable market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to product and leadership teams to inform strategy
- Contribute to accurate forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning to support business objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals in B2B IT solutions or technology services sales with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience engaging enterprise or mid-market clients with structured buying processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium to long sales cycles and close deals successfully
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client engagement and sales presentations
- Ability to understand technical IT offerings and clearly articulate their business value to diverse stakeholders

Education
