The Opportunity
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into the prestige hotel and hospitality sector. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between our high-quality fresh and frozen seafood supply and the executive kitchens of top-tier hotel groups.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HORECA Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies specifically targeting the HORECA segment to drive revenue and market share.
Key Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, and Procurement Managers at major hotel brands.
Menu Engineering & Consulting: Collaborate with culinary teams to provide seasonal seafood solutions (fresh and frozen) that meet high-volume hotel catering needs and food cost targets.
Contract & Tender Management: Lead the preparation of tailored proposals, tenders, and contractual agreements for large-scale hotel group accounts.
Market Intelligence: Monitor seafood consumption trends, competitor pricing, and industry activities within the hospitality sector to inform business strategies.
Quality & Service Advocacy: Ensure seamless service delivery, managing product quality claims and providing alternative solutions when supply chain issues arise.
