Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily showroom sales operations

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue

Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members

Ensure excellent customer service and showroom presentation

Requirement

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in furniture, retail, or related industries

Target-oriented with a track record of achieving KPIs

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking customers and team members)

Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required
