What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales targets and push boundaries to achieve breakthrough results
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and key accounts
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive insights
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management
- Guide the team through the entire sales cycle-from prospecting to closing
- Grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields
- At least 5 years of industrial sales experience
- At least 3 years leading a sales team
- Proven track record in high-level selling and closing key deals
- Strong communication, customer management, and leadership skills
- Sales-driven, data-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Class 3 driving license & own vehicle
