About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore, focused on driving group business and revenue growth for our ultra-luxury resorts in Bali and Penang. You'll be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities, achieving occupancy targets through creativity, strategic execution, and strong relationship-building in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

Be the Sales Guru

• Drive lead generation via cold calling, broker networks, online outreach, and events
• Manage inbound leads and nurture an active sales pipeline
• Run the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and pitching to touring, negotiating, and closing
• Execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed set goals
• Track and analyse performance using CRM and reporting tools
• Deliver bespoke solutions that reflect the Soori guest experience

Be a Community Builder

• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing Soori's philosophy with clients and partners
• Attend networking events and build new lead sources
• Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and aligned community partners

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales-related roles
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Commercial acumen with a results-focused mindset
• Energetic team player with initiative and drive
• Willingness to travel for business as needed
