Sales Manager who is ready to grow the business and shape the market with us.
Your job
- Drive new business by identifying and acquiring new dealers, clients, architects and designers
- Expand and strengthen existing customer relationships to grow sales turnover
- Develop and execute market-specific sales and marketing strategies for Singapore
- Position XAL and partner brands as leading lighting providers among key stakeholders
- Provide professional product and technical support to clients and partners
- Manage sales activities both strategically and operationally
- Plan, monitor and analyse sales performance, KPIs and pipeline development
- Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
- Report regularly on sales performance and market developments
Qualifications And Skills
- Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Architecture or Electrical Engineering
- Proven sales experience (min. 3 years) in lighting, design or construction-related industries
- Strong network in Singapore's design / lighting ecosystem (architects, designers, consultants, developers)
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and German would be a plus
- Solid MS Office skills
- Passion for design and aesthetics
- Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, independent and results-driven
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
