Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business opportunities in Singapore and China.

Identify and approach potential clients, including employers, training providers, government-linked organisations, and business partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

Conduct sales presentations, business meetings, networking sessions, and partnership discussions.

Promote recruitment services, job fairs, employer branding solutions, sponsorship packages, and workforce-related programmes.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Attend events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities in Singapore and overseas when required.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new business opportunities.

Manage and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Experience handling Singapore and/or China market is preferred.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with travelling for business meetings and events when required.
  • Experience in recruitment, events, training, HR, or workforce-related industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
