About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in Singapore and support business expansion across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
  • Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, specialty gas systems, and engineering solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contract discussions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and internal engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and management updates.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Travel locally and overseas as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum5 years of sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor, industrial equipment, or engineering industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience managing key accounts and leading a sales team is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas.
  • Willing to attend product and technical training in Taiwan or China when required.
