Our client is a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturing company, established for close to 20 years in Singapore. They specialise in providing turnkey solutions to their international customers across the APAC region. They are expanding their global footprint and are now looking for a Sales Manager to join their outstanding team!
Work Location: Tampines
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key semiconductor customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
- Develop long-term account strategies aligned with customer roadmaps and business objectives
- Identify new business opportunities across equipment refurbishment and manufacturing services
- Coordinate closely with engineering, production, and project teams to deliver customer solutions on time and to specification
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and scope definition
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements and competitive activity within the semiconductor sector
- Support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management activities
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years sales/account management experience in semiconductor/engineering field
- Self-driven with strong sales acumen
- Enjoys interacting with clients and ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Open to travel overseas for business trips
