Key Responsibilities
- Drive international market expansion and proactively acquire new customers across Asia
- Develop and execute effective sales and go-to-market strategies for complex engineering solutions
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with customers, general contractors, OEMs, and industry partners
- Conduct regular client visits and represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
- Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and new business opportunities within growth industries
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage full commercial negotiations for projects
- Collaborate closely with management, engineering, project, and product teams to support business growth
- Support continuous improvement of internal sales processes and commercial operations
- Manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and pipeline tracking
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Represent the company professionally to customers, stakeholders, and industry partners globally
