Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international market expansion and proactively acquire new customers across Asia
  • Develop and execute effective sales and go-to-market strategies for complex engineering solutions
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with customers, general contractors, OEMs, and industry partners
  • Conduct regular client visits and represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and new business opportunities within growth industries
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage full commercial negotiations for projects
  • Collaborate closely with management, engineering, project, and product teams to support business growth
  • Support continuous improvement of internal sales processes and commercial operations
  • Manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and pipeline tracking
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Represent the company professionally to customers, stakeholders, and industry partners globally
