The Role
This leadership role is responsible for driving commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence for the Singapore business. Reporting as a key commercial leader, you will oversee both Sales and Customer Service functions, leading a team to strengthen key customer relationships while improving internal commercial processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a multidisciplinary commercial team across Sales and Customer Service
- Driving strategic growth within semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing accounts
- Managing customer escalations, commercial negotiations, and key account strategy
- Improving CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, quotation turnaround, and customer service workflows
- Collaborating closely with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure successful project execution
The Talent
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in B2B sales, commercial management, or account management
- Background in precision engineering, high-tech manufacturing, mechatronics, or semiconductor-related industries
- Strong people management skills with experience leading cross-functional commercial teams
- Degree in Engineering or Business with good technical understanding
- Proven ability to manage key OEM accounts, drive business growth, and improve commercial processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
