Our client is seeking a driven Sales Manager to strengthen their presence in Southeast Asia. Reporting directly to the Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a small sales team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of sales strategy execution while working closely with regional leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and market share for HVAC solutions across Southeast Asia.
- Manage key customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and build long-term client partnerships.
- Lead and mentor a small sales team, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Support the Director in executing commercial strategies and reporting on sales performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical support, logistics) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of sales experience, with minimum 5 years within SEA region, strong exposure in the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in Southeast Asia.
- Experience in managing or mentoring a small team.
- Strong business development skills, relationship management, and negotiation ability.
- Hands-on, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
